Sebastian's Action Trust

Sebastian's Action Trust is a registered charity providing holidays and practical support for seriously ill children and their families. We recognise the impact such illnesses have on the wider family so we offer assistance to the parents and siblings, too. Whilst the support we offer comes in many different forms and is specific to the needs and situation of each family, the main focus is our holiday respite home where families spend precious time together away from the rigours of treatment and hospitals but with the infrastructure essential to holidaying with a sick child.
