Retief, glad to see you are trying out the YES putter again. I just got a new one, the Nicky model, and it's helped my line immensely. Hope it keeps working for you. I really enjoyed watching you win the 2005 International here in Colorado. Especially your approach shots to the part 5 8th, not always easy to get on in 2, you made it look cinchy!

Delighted to see the results of hard work. As I said to you at Pebble Beach on the putting green in 2000 you have many majors in you. Believe in yourself and there is no limit to what you can achieve. Best regards, Nic

I'm sorry you didn't play as well as some would of thought, in New Orleans. The good news is your closing 69 was a good round to end on before the Masters. I watched the final round of the 2002 Masters which is was surprised to see you in the lead, I never knew about what great chance you had. Hopefully this will be your year. Good Luck! I will be pulling for you as well, Tommy

Hi Retief I just wanted to take a minute and wish you luck as you finish the Tavistock Cup today. Also, I'll be pulling for you in Augusta. My birthday usually falls around Masters weekend, and I'll be glued to the TV watching as you chase the green jacket. All I ever ask as a gift from my family is to be left alone while the coverage is on TV. Finally, I'll be down in Ponte Vedra Beach for the TPC again this year. Like always, I'll follow you from the time you get on the driving range til you pull the ball from the cup on 18. I'm one of the many idiots you'll hear yelling "Gooooose" when you hit a good shot. Best of luck to you. Rick Schneider

Dear Retief, I have been a longtime fan of yours and was surprised at your slump in 2007. I am chuffed to see your great recovery in the WGC this last weekend. Long may it continue and may you have on going success in 2008. I salute a true gentleman in the world of golf.

It is great to the official Retief Goosen website return, and Mr. Goosen's game returning to form. (I used to follow the website, and submit feedback back when it was part of www.bigfanof.com). Its great to see that Mr. Goosen has taken time to provide a journal detailing what is happening with him, and how he's feeling. I hope to read more about what he has been working on (I've read and heard reports of posture and backswing changes). I'd love to see video clips or sequenced photos of him in action (of swings, putts, chips, pitches, and bunker shots) in the future. Good luck to Mr. Goosen in his upcoming tournaments, and thank you for taking the time to provide content for fans to experience.

Hi Retief, Congratulations on your T2nd place finish at the CA championship. It has been a long time since you have contended for a title and I thought that the way you played and the way you were able to control your emotions without folding under the pressure situation was highly impressive. You also have within the last 2 weeks been able to substantially reduce the number of bogeys that you were getting in previous tournaments. This has made a world of difference to your game, and allowed you to compete at the highest level again. Congratulations again and keep up the good work

This weekend, though frustrating for you guys with all the weather delays, was terrific. I was so excited to see you playing so well, heading up the leaderboard and finishing at the top today. I have been rooting for you and hoping your game found you again. It is so hard for us fans to see you struggle and lack confidence in your game. I am SO glad that you have "returned". I love seeing your name near the top of the leaderboard and seeing you play. Thanks for a wonderful CA Championship! Good Luck in the Tavistock Cup -- Go Lake Nona!!
