Congratulations on your Major-Tournament calibre final round in the Memphis humidity. Long strings of Pars sprinkled with the occasional birdie will work wonders in Carmel. Wasn't it Ben Hogan who said that Minus 4 Sunday totals win U.S. Opens ? And good luck on your entry vote via the International field into the World Golf Hall of Fame. You and Ernie both deserve to keep company with The Black Knight on that honoured dias............Bonne chance X 2, Rick.
Welcome back Retief! I've missed seeing you play. I do hope all is well now. I so look forward to watching next week! Best of luck in the tournament.
Hi Retief, Congratulations on a good performance last week after your time off. I am sure that you are well prepared for the big one this week at Pebble Beach. Good luck. I know you will be there on top coming Sunday!!
Hello Retief, I am fan of you since a lot of years you are my favorite player. I hope that you win a lot of tournaments in the future and you make your best.
Hi Retief , I am your fan since i was 6 years old and now i am fourteen. I miss you alot and hope that you will come back soon. I hope that you can come back at the BMW Championship. I want to see you win a trophy again. Sorry i am not good in English!
Hello Retief, Hope the injured toe is well on the way to a full recovery. Looking forward to see you teeing it up at the BMW Championships. Just wanted to wish you the very best for the US Open too, Pebble Beach would be a great place to see you win a third major. Cheers.
Retief, My wife Linda (HUGE FAN!) really missed watching you at Quail Hollow and now at the Players/Sawgrass. We'll both say a prayer for a rapid recovery as we look forward to your move up the FedEx standings. Good luck. Mike P.S. Is your wine available in Virginia? Thanks for the golf tips.
Sorry to hear about your broken toe, Retief. Here's hoping that your stay on the DL(disabled list) is restful and rejuvenating. Years back I suffered a similar injury when I stubbed my toe on a stationary bike in our bedroom as I was rushing to view a raccoon and a skunk duke it out in our backyard one hot summer night. The meat of the golf season approaches with both "Opens" up for grabs, so heal well and recharge for upcoming successful campaigns........Golf and Stanley Cup playoff hockey- what a great combo......All the best wishes, Rick.
Bring it home Goose! You have it in you so pull it out. See you Sunday.
Good luck at Augusta this week. The way you've been striking the ball and putting I believe this is your time for the green jacket. I will be there Friday to watch you. A friend of mine went to Bay Hill and got your autograph for me. I really appreciate that. Will see you again at Quail Hollow in a few weeks. Go get that green jacket!
